If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will be happy to provide a full refund (excluding shipping) for up to 30 days from the original purchase date for any unused products. Simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange. If a special discount and/or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, that discounted amount will be refunded (not the original price prior to the discount).

If you bought any products on sale or on clearance, they are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. If you have specific questions about this, please reach out to our customer support staff.

Items NOT eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Items that have been washed and/or worn.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Non-apparel items that no longer have their original packaging intact.

If you would like to exchange your gift for another item, or simply another size, follow the steps below. Just make a note in your return form to let us know it's a gift you're exchanging. If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have, such as the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc. If you would like to return the gift item completely, we will give you store credit in the form of an online gift card.

Shipping and Handling Costs
Most products ship via U.S. Postal Service domestically and via FedEx internationally. We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs. Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost products coming back to us. You will also be responsible for shipping costs and tracking if exchanging or returning a product.

Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options.

Important: All returns and exchanges need to be sent in with a Return/Exchange form that can be downloaded here. Please fill this form out to the best of your ability and attach it with your product before sending it in.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Typically, standard U.S. shipping takes 3-7 business days. Please note that we are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.


We have made every effort to accurately display our product colors on our website. However, please note that colors vary a bit due to the monitor they are viewed on.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right not to honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website. The full amount is charged when you place your order even if your product is not shipping for a long while.
